On-Line (electronic) Police Checks

The Personnel Risk Management Group (The PRM Group) are able to conduct National Criminal History Record checks (NCHRC) for companies/organisations or for individuals.

Clients:  If you are a client of The PRM Group, you can login now. Individuals:  Because there are several different types of NCHRC'S appropriate to different industries/employment, you will need to email us to obtain the correct informed consent (police check) form. We will also send you a 100-point I.D. form.  You will need to supply the 100-points identification (I.D.) to accompany your informed consent form.

Once completed you can pdf your form to us or fax it to 03 9325 4666.  For legal reasons we also need the original copy of your signed informed consent form, so you will need to mail it to us.  We cannot release your check prior to receiving the original.

For individuals we only accept payment by Visa or Mastercard, so you will also need to supply these details.  Prices vary for employment and volunteer applications.

The majority of checks (70%) take 24 hours to complete.  The remaining 30% can be delayed by State Police Forces for up to 1 to 4 weeks for "manual processing". 

This time delay is beyond our control and we cannot expedite it nor can we explain why it is being delayed. 

When we receive your completed check it will be emailed to you.
