3. Financial Services Reference (FSR) Package
This PRM Group package is designed to meet APRA's "fit and proper persons" standards and assumes employment references have already been secured by the employer.
- Online police check- performed electronically for all Australian States and Territories.
- Bankruptcy Check via Insolvency Services Trust Australia (ITSA)
- Personal Credit Check (includes civil judgements. This is a limited check in accordance with Part III of the Privacy Act)
- Disqualified Directors and Company Officers - This includes banned and disqualified persons and companies, banned securities representatives, banned futures representatives, AFS banned/disqualified persons.
- Address Verification Check - Includes Electoral Roll and Telephone Check (on each address provided)
- Professional Register Search. This includes registered auditors, registered liquidators, official liquidators, AFS Licensing Register, AFS Authorised Representatives Register.
- Right to work in Australia via DIAC (formerly DIMIA)
